Brittany Lee Hensel and Abigail Loraine Hensel are dicephalic parapagus twins. If you are not too fond of scientific terms, it basically means they are conjoined twins with two separate heads and a conjoined body. Doctors are surprised at how symmetrical they are, when clothed, it looks almost as if they have one body and two heads. However, inside, they have two vital organs, such as separate stomach, separate spinal cord and separate hearts. These two girls cannot be separated due to them sharing the same lower body.
